November 16, 2021 (London) – Proskauer, a leading international law firm, announced today that it has advised Park Holidays UK Ltd. (“Park Holidays”) on its acquisition by New York-listed Sun Communities.
Park Holidays is the second largest owner and operator of holiday parks in the UK, with 40 owned and operated parks and an additional two managed parks. Proskauer advised on Intermediate Capital Group’s investment into Park Holidays in 2017.
