London, July 22, 2020 - Leading international law firm Proskauer has represented One Peak on the formation of its European growth equity fund, One Peak Growth II SCSp (the Fund) which closed at a €443 million hard cap.
The Fund had a target size of €300 million and, due to investor demand, it was significantly oversubscribed, taking the firm’s assets under management to c. €700 million. Founded in 2014, London headquartered One Peak is a growth investment firm based in Europe. One Peak targets significant minority investments in rapidly growing European technology companies with global ambitions. One Peak’s primary objective is to help European founders transform innovative businesses into lasting, category-defining leaders.
