Lucy Spence is an associate in the Private Funds Group and a member of the firm's Private Capital industry group.

Lucy advises private equity fund sponsors throughout the lifecycle of their funds, which includes fund formation and general fund maintenance (including carry and co-investment arrangements).

Lucy’s fundraising experience spans the private equity asset class for sponsors with a wide variety of strategies such as buyout, venture, growth capital and secondaries, and encompasses both first-time funds and subsequent generations of funds.

Lucy also advises a number of institutional investors on primary investments (including investments into co-investment vehicles) and secondary transactions.

Lucy was selected to be a Protégée for Proskauer’s Women Sponsorship Program, an initiative that champions high-performing, mid-level and senior lawyers as emerging leaders.
