London, April 12, 2022 – International law firm Proskauer announced today that it advised G Square Healthcare Private Equity LLP on the closing of a €500m continuation fund in connection with the acquisition of three existing assets from two of its existing funds, G Square Capital I and G Square Capital II.

The continuation fund will be made up of three assets. The Accomplish and Keys Groups are providers of specialist care services in the UK, and Denteam is the provider of general and complex dentistry services in the Netherlands.

In the past 12 months, Proskauer has advised on the formation of over 300 funds and bespoke investor vehicles globally, representing more than $150 billion in targeted commitments.
