Jack Gladman is an M&A associate and a member of the firm's Private Capital industry group. He is currently on client secondment.

Jack advises on all aspects of corporate, private equity and M&A work, including leveraged buyouts, growth capital transactions and co-investments.

Jack works with private equity houses, asset managers, sovereign wealth funds and management teams in a range of sectors including the technology and financial services sectors.
