Boston (July 21, 2021) – Proskauer, a leading international law firm, announced that it advised Flagship Pioneering, which conceives, creates, resources, and develops first-in-category bioplatform companies to transform human health and sustainability, on the closing of Fund VII.
The fund closed with a total capital pool of approximately $3.4 billion, which includes the recent $2.2 billion capital expansion raised from current Flagship investors and a select group of new investors.
Fund VII will continue to invest in and grow its next generation of human health and sustainability bioplatform companies originated within the Flagship Labs unit of Flagship Pioneering.
