Rachel McKie is an associate in the Corporate Department and a member of the Private Investment Funds Group. Rachel works with a variety of fund sponsors, including large, diversified asset managers as well as emerging managers, on the various stages of private equity fund formations, including capital raising, marketing, preparing offering documents, drafting organizational documents and counseling clients on regulatory, compliance and operational issues both during an active fund raise and during the operational stage.

Rachel earned her J.D. from Suffolk University Law School, where she served as the Senior Managing Editor of the Suffolk University Law Review. Prior to law school, Rachel worked as a legal assistant at a boutique litigation firm in New York City.
