April 6, 2021 (New York) – Proskauer, a leading international law firm, today announced that it advised Stellex Capital Management (“Stellex”), a private equity firm that invests in middle-market companies, in the completion of its acquisition of the US- and Australia-based conveying business units from Komatsu Mining Corp. by certain of its affiliates. Komatsu is a leading designer and manufacturer of material handling conveyor systems and components used in a variety of end markets, including mining and minerals, industrial processing, and aggregates.
The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
