Carolyn Sarif-Killea is an associate in the Corporate Department and a member of the Corporate and Fund Finance Group.
Carolyn represents investment funds, corporate borrowers and financial institutions in a variety of public and private finance transactions, including subscription-backed credit facilities, NAVfacilities, bi-lateral loans, bridge loans, acquisition financings, asset-based financings, partner loan programs, workouts and restructurings.
Within the firm, she serves on the Proskauer Women’s Alliance Steering Committee and the Summer Program Committee. She was the recipient of the 2022 Chairman’s Innovation Award and one of a few women selected to be a Protégée for Proskauer’s Women Sponsorship Program, an initiative for high performing midlevel lawyers that champions emerging leaders.
She earned her J.D. cum laude from Harvard Law School and her B.A. magna cum laude with highest honors in Government from Harvard College.
