• Lee Popkin is a trial lawyer and co-head of Proskauer’s Mass Torts & Product Liability group. Lee represents clients in a wide range of industries through every stage of litigation and has served as lead and/or trial counsel in state and federal courts throughout the country, including complex “bet-the-company” litigation.
• Jeff Warshafsky specializes in consumer class actions, sports litigation, false advertising, trademark and other intellectual property disputes. He has a successful track record leading complex, high-stakes class actions for key clients across diverse sectors including consumer product companies, retailers and sports leagues.
