The annual list recognizes lawyers, dealmakers, investor relations professionals and limited partners under the age of 40 who are making their mark in the venture capital industry.
As a member of Proskauer’s Private Funds Group, Brad represents private investment fund sponsors and investment advisers throughout the fundraising process, including fund structuring, marketing, negotiation and formation, investments, regulatory issues and compliance, internal governance and day-to-day management and operations. His clients include a range of private fund sponsors, including sponsors of venture capital, growth equity, buyout, fund-of-funds, continuation, co-investment and credit funds.
Over the course of the 2023, Brad played a leading role on some of venture capital’s most significant transactions, including advising New Enterprise Associates (“NEA”) on the formation and closing of two funds – NEA 18 and NEA 18 Venture Growth Equity – which totaled $6.2 billion. Combined, these funds represent the largest pool of capital raise in NEA’s history. Brad also recently advised Scale Venture Partners on the formation of Scale Venture Partners VIII, which will invest in early-stage technology companies.
