Yi Wei is an associate and member of the Capital Markets Group and Global Finance practice.

Yi specializes in advising financial institutions in a variety of cross-border financial transactions, including high yield debt offerings, committed acquisition financing, liability management transactions and syndicated loans.

Yi earned her J.D. from Columbia Law School, where she served as an editor of the Columbia Journal of Asian Law and participated in the Columbia-Oxford Global Alliance in Law and Finance Program.

Prior to joining Proskauer, Yi was an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.
