Victoria Grant is an associate in the firm’s Corporate Department and a member of the Private Funds Group. She advises sponsors of private equity, venture capital and secondary funds, and counsels institutions as they invest in private funds.

Established global investment advisers and emerging managers are likely to rely on Victoria for advice on all aspects of fund formation, regulatory compliance, operation and management. As part of her practice, she represents fund sponsors in structuring private investment funds and funds of funds, as well as large institutional investors as they acquire and sellsecondary partnership interests.
