Seth Victor is an associate in the Litigation Department. His practice includes a wide range of commercial litigation matters, including product liability defense and antitrust disputes. Seth has represented clients at all stages of litigation, from drafting complaints to obtaining favorable outcomes at trial. He has experience preparing for and taking depositions, preparing witnesses for deposition and trial, and drafting and arguing pre-trial motions.
Seth graduated from UCLA School of Law, where he was a Problem Developer for the Moot Court Honors Board and a Senior Editor for the Journal of Environmental Law and Policy. He also worked as a judicial extern for the Honorable John Z. Lee of the Northern District of Illinois.
