Seth Victor is an associate in the Litigation Department. He handles complex matters in state and federal court as well as in private arbitrations.

Seth’s practice includes a wide range of commercial litigation matters, including product liability defense and antitrust disputes. He has represented clients at all stages of litigation, from drafting complaints to obtaining favorable outcomes at trial. Seth has experience preparing for and taking depositions, preparing witnesses for deposition and trial, and drafting and arguing pre-trial motions.

In addition, Seth devotes significant time to pro bono matters, having been recognized at Proskauer’s 2023 Golden Gavel Awards for his substantial contributions to the Firm’s pro bono efforts. Seth graduated from UCLA School of Law, where he was a Problem Developer for the Moot Court Honors Board and a Senior Editor for the Journal of Environmental Law and Policy. He also worked as a judicial extern for the Honorable John Z. Lee of the Northern District of Illinois.
