Michael Alescio is an associate in the firm's Corporate Department and a member of the Finance Group. Michael advises both borrowers and lenders in a variety of public and private finance transactions, including subscription-backed credit facilities, NAV-based facilities, bi-lateral loans, acquisition financings, asset-based financings, workouts and restructurings.
