Jeremiah K. Evans is an associate in the Corporate Department and a member of the Private Credit Group.  Jeremiah represents private credit funds in financing transactions and has experience in unitranche, first and second lien, split collateral, and other deal structures in connection with acquisition financings, leveraged buyouts, and refinancings, across a wide range of industries.  Jeremiah earned his J.D. from New York University School of Law, where he was honored with the Corporate Compliance and Enforcement Prize and inducted into the Order of Barristers.
