Hannah Michalek is an associate in the Corporate Department and a member of the Capital Markets Group, where she advises privately-held and publicly-traded companies, investment banks and financial institutions in a wide range of complex corporate transactions, including securities offerings, PIPEs, at-the-market program offerings and other equity offerings, tender offers, convertible note offerings, REIT formations, and high-yield and investment-grade debt offerings. Hannah also advises public companies on SEC reporting and corporate governance matters, including companies in the real estate, consumer retail, energy and life sciences industries.
Hannah earned her J.D. from Indiana University Maurer School of Law where she served as Managing Editor for the Indiana Law Journal.
