David J. Turitzin is an associate in the Corporate Department and a member of the Capital Markets Group, where he advises privately-held and publicly-traded issuers, investment banks and financial institutions in a wide range of complex corporate transactions and securities offerings.

David regularly partners with clients in connection with initial public offerings, follow-on equity offerings, PIPEs, high-yield and investment-grade debt offerings, convertible note offerings, debt exchange offers, tender offers and consent solicitations.

David earned his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, where he served as Editor-In-Chief of the Virginia Tax Review and was an active member of the Lambda Law Alliance.

Prior to joining Proskauer, David was an associate in the New York offices of Simpson Thacher & Bartlett.
