Danniyal Lalani is a Private Credit associate and member of the global Finance practice and Private Capital Team.

Danniyal focuses his practice on UK and cross-border leverage acquisition finance and corporate lending transactions.

Danniyal has experience representing financial institutions and private credit funds as well as private equity sponsors and corporate borrowers across a wide range of syndicated, unitranche, club, second-lien, mezzanine and PIK-debt financings on both middle-market and high-cap transactions. Danniyal’s experience encompasses other investment products relevant to the private credit market, including note purchases and bond issuances (including subject of foreign law).
