Courtney Kim is an associate in the Corporate Department and a member of the Private Equity and Mergers & Acquisitions Groups. 

Courtney Kim earned a B.A. in Political Science with a minor in Film, Television and Digital Media from UCLA, and a J.D. from USC Gould School of Law with a certification in Business Law where she was a Gold Honors Scholar, an editor of the Southern California Law Review, a member of the Small Business Clinic, and a Legal Writing Fellow.
