Antti Leppänen is a partner in the Private Funds Group and a member of the firm's Private Capital industry group.
Antti advises clients on a broad range of secondary transactions, including traditional purchases and sales of fund interests, leveraged and syndicated acquisitions, fund restructurings, as well as GP-led liquidity solutions. Antti also regularly represents institutional investors on primary investments and co-investment opportunities in private equity funds across a variety of asset classes.
Antti has worked on transactions both in Europe and in the U.S., and his experience includes a client secondment in the U.K.
