Amanda Lutick is an associate in the Corporate Department and a member of the Private Funds Group. Her practice focuses on private alternative investment funds, including their structuring, management, and related corporate and regulatory matters. Amanda regularly advises and represents clients in connection with the organization and operation of private funds pursuing a variety of strategies across a range of geographies, including private equity funds, hybrid funds, funds of funds, single investor funds, co-investment funds, and special opportunity funds. She also has experience advising and representing clients with the formation and operation of management entities for private funds, as well as the negotiation of side letters and investment advisory agreements in various contexts (including for separately managed accounts).
Prior to joining Proskauer, Amanda was selected by the National Association of Women Lawyers (NAWL) as a Leadership Council on Legal Diversity Scholar at Prudential Financial, Inc.
Amanda currently serves as a volunteer board member of her undergraduate alma mater's Annual Giving Board of Directors.
