Lexie Reynolds is an associate in the firm’s Labor & Employment Law Department. Her practice covers a range of employment matters with a focus on internal employment and government investigations. Lexie has represented private and public companies, boards of directors and their committees, and individuals across many industries, including entertainment, financial services, non-profit, and technology.
She has advised and assisted clients in high-profile internal investigations involving various employment matters, including discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, and pay equity. Lexie is particularly skilled in handling interviews and critical details that underpin large, fast-moving investigations. Her practice also includes advising regarding government enforcement actions involving the DOL, DOJ, and SEC and encompassing issues of fraud, whistleblower activity, and retaliation. She has litigated matters at the administrative, state, and federal levels, including a federal court trial in which she cross-examined multiple witnesses and took expert testimony.
Lexie is also dedicated to pro bono work and has represented individuals at the state, administrative, federal, and appellate levels. This work has included matters involving discrimination, veteran benefits, and immigration. Additionally, she has provided pro bono representation in education law matters and volunteered to mentor middle school students in a mock trial program that helped to develop their public speaking, self-confidence, and awareness of legal rights.
