Kathleen M. McKenna gave a talk on Sexual Harassment in the Workplace at the Federal Bar Council. This CLE program will address: The legal and legislative history of workplace sexual harassment prohibitions; The identification of who is protected and who is liable for sexual harassment;  The intersection of race, class, gender and sexual orientation and why victims are coming forward now; The impact of confidentiality provisions in settlement of these disputes; The impact of mandatory arbitration; Whether the law has been effective and really works to protect from sexual harassment; and Legislative efforts that are being proposed to address sexual harassment.
