Join Josh Fox at The New York City Bar Association's panel on Emerging Legal Issues in Wearable Technology and Biometrics in Sports on May 2, 2019 from 6:30 to 8:30pm.
The panel will take an in-depth look at the legal issues surrounding the use of wearable technology and biometrics in sports. The intersection of these cutting edge technologies alongside the evolving legal issues, such as intellectual property, privacy, data ownership and data security, and labor and employment will be examined.
Josh will be moderating the panel, featuring Jean Afterman of the New York Yankees, Bruce Meyer of the Major League Baseball Players Association, Mark A. Merolli of Under Armour and Connected Fitness & Digital, and Brian Socolow of Loeb & Loeb.
