The talk was on updates to anti-harassment policies, training and communications that one can adopt now to address culture change and prevent backlash.
The panel of experienced in-house employment counsel will talk about innovative approaches that organizations are undertaking to eliminate harassment and combat backlash, including the use of anonymous incident reporting systems, proactive training and transparency about how harassment claims will be handled, and top down messaging on "no tolerance" and company values while maintaining a congenial professional work environment where senior men are encouraged to mentor junior women.
