LONDON, November 1, 2022 – Proskauer, a leading international law firm, is pleased to welcome Liam Arthur as a partner and member of the Mergers & Acquisitions Practice in London.
Liam advises on a broad spectrum of corporate transactions, with particular experience in counselling private funds, sovereign wealth funds and other financial sponsors on M&A, leveraged buyouts, equity investments, consortium transactions, joint ventures, and on distressed situations.

Liam received his B.A. from Trinity College, Dublin, and his Diploma in Legal Studies and B.L. from King's Inns, Dublin. He joins from William Fry and was previously with Proskauer for six years.
