“I am honored to have been elected to the ICC International Court of Arbitration, the world’s preferred arbitral institution,” said Sherwin. “I look forward to working with new ICC Court President Claudia Salomon and the court’s other members – who represent the most diverse makeup of the ICC Court to date – to drive the court’s growth as we continue to serve as trusted partners in the international business community.”
Peter, who has been ranked as one of the top International Arbitration lawyers nationwide by Chambers USA and Chambers Global, heads Proskauer's international arbitration practice and also regularly serves as an arbitrator.
The ICC Court is comprised of 195 members from 121 countries and includes 17 Vice Presidents.
