LONDON, March 18, 2021 - Proskauer, a leading international law firm, announced that it advised Synova and other sellers on a transaction which sees funds advised by TA Associates take a significant stake in Fairstone Group, the UK’s largest Chartered Financial Planning firm.

The investment by TA, for which the underlying valuation is not being disclosed, is the central aspect of a triple-boost for Fairstone. Current private equity backers Synova are also reinvesting into the group whilst current funders Alcentra have increased the scale of the acquisition facilities available to the company
