PARIS, October 18, 2024 – Proskauer, a leading international law firm, today announced that is has advised Marvesting, a company specializing in operational marketing, and its majority shareholder, Alpha Private Equity, on the acquisition of Stellar Global, a British company specializing in customer experience.

The acquisition of Stellar Global allows The Marvesting Group to expand its service offerings with genuine digital expertise and strengthen its geographic coverage in Europe.

With this new acquisition, The Marvesting Group now generates a turnover of 175 million euros and employs more than 2,000 people.

The Proskauer team advising Marvesting and Alpha Private Equity was led by partner Jeremy Scemama and included counsel Aymeric Robine and associate Marine Petot (M&A).
