NEW YORK, January 10, 2023 – Proskauer, a leading international law firm, announced today that it advised DFW Capital Partners (“DFW”), a private equity investment firm, on the formation and closing of its latest buyout fund, DFW Capital Partners VII, L.P. (“Fund VII”), an investment partnership dedicated to making control investments in lower-middle market service companies. The fund closed at its hard cap, with $800 million in commitments surpassing its original target of $750 million.
Fund VII will invest in high-growth service businesses in the health care, business services and industrial sectors. With the closing of Fund VII, DFW now manages in excess of $1.86 billion in assets dedicated to opportunities in the lower-middle market.
