PARIS, April 17, 2024 – Proskauer, a leading international law firm, announced today that it advised Bridgepoint Development Capital on its investment into Forward Global, a risk management company, alongside Raise Invest and Rive Croissance.
This transaction represents the second financing round for Forward Global, with Bridgepoint Development Capital acquiring 48% of Forward Global via its BDC IV fund during a leveraged buyout. Completion of the transaction is subject to regulatory approval.
The Proskauer team was led by partner Xavier Norlain and counsel Laurent Asquin and included associates Julien Burger, Fadoua Nounnouhi and Hugo Monteiro Vieira (M&A).
