PARIS, November 20 2024 – Proskauer, a leading international law firm, today announced that it has advised Bpifrance in connection with its participation in a new funding round for ChapsVision, a leader in data processing enhanced by AI, alongside historical investors (Tikehau Capital, Qualium Investissement, and Geneo) and Jolt Capital, a new investor joining this operation.

This funding round aims to support the company’s international development, notably through the acquisition of Sinequa, a global leader in enterprise search engines augmented by RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).

Sinequa, a key player in AI and RAG, recognized by Gartner and Forrester, is currently experiencing strong growth, driven by increased interest in generative AI. Sinequa has a prestigious client portfolio, including global references such as Pfizer, AstraZeneca, TotalEnergies, Alstom, Airbus, and NASA.

ChapsVision will leverage this acquisition to help organizations accelerate their adoption of AI and generative AI, supporting the transition from experimentation to production solutions in a secure environment.

The technology from this strategic acquisition will enhance ArgonOS, ChapsVision’s platform for processing large and heterogeneous datasets.

In addition to this technological synergy, ChapsVision will capitalize on the acquisition to accelerate its international growth (in Europe and North America) and target high-potential markets such as the pharmaceutical sector, industry, and finance.
