LONDON AND PARIS, March 26, 2025 – Proskauer, a leading international law firm, today announced it advised AnaCap on the acquisition of a majority stake in the Luxembourg-based corporate and fund services provider Fiduciaire Jean Marc Faber (FJMF).
FJMF is a provider of trust, fund, and corporate services, including corporate administration, accountancy, trust, fund and payroll services. With approximately 70 full-time equivalents, FJMF is a member of the Ordre des Experts-Comptables and the company serves as a “one-stop-shop” provider for more than 1,800 clients, mostly institutional fund customers and patrimonial clients.
Proskauer has advised AnaCap in a long line of transactions including its acquisition of insurance software provider Cleva from Inetum Group; the closing of its maiden Continuation Fund at circa €300mn; the sale of a minority stake in MRH Trowe and advising in connection with the reinvestment terms relating to the sale of its majority stake in Gestión Tributaria Territorial, SA.
