Firm Continues to Scale Litigation Department with Latest Hire
WASHINGTON DC, June 26, 2024 – Proskauer, a leading international law firm, today announced that it has welcomed Kevin Abikoff as a partner in its Litigation Department. Kevin advises clients in various industries across the globe on a full range of governance and anti-corruption issues. He brings more than 30 years of experience in securities and white-collar criminal litigation, enforcement, regulation and counseling to Proskauer. He will join the Firm’s Securities Litigation and White Collar Defense & Investigations practices and lead the Firm’s global corporate investigations and compliance practice.

Kevin represents corporations, individuals and other entities in anti-corruption matters, including investigations, due diligence and counseling. His global practice focuses on securities litigation, corporate governance, regulatory enforcement and arbitration proceedings as well as U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) matters. Kevin has served as a monitor for a range of government and quasi-governmental agencies, including the DOJ, SEC, SFO and the World Bank.

Kevin received his bachelor’s degree from Boston University and Juris Doctor from Columbia Law School. He joins from Hughes Hubbard & Reed where he was a member of the firm’s Executive committee and served as a Deputy Chair of the Firm as well as co-chairman of the firm’s Anti-Corruption & Internal Investigations, Securities Litigation and Class Action practice groups.
