LOS ANGELES, November 6, 2020 – Proskauer, a leading international law firm, today announced that it represented Accuity Delivery Systems (“Accuity”), a leading provider of physician-led Revenue Integrity and Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) services in its acquisition by Frazier Healthcare Partners, a Seattle-based healthcare investment firm.
Frazier is joined in the transaction by 22C Capital and several existing shareholders, including WindRose Health Investors, Accuity’s founder Dr. Eric Moskow, and Accuity’s senior leadership team.
The partnership with Frazier will help accelerate the momentum has achieved as a leading Revenue Integrity and CDI service provider. Accuity will continue to invest in its people and proprietary technology platform to better service its customers.
The transaction was led by Proskauer’s Healthcare Industry Group Chair, Richard Zall and Mergers & Acquisitions Partner, Michael Callahan and included Sara Park, Robert Chiu, Amanda Nussbaum, Bo Koh, Andrea Rattner, Gary Tashjian, John Ingrassia and Ellen Moskowitz.
