São Paulo, June 10, 2020  - Proskauer partners David Fenwick and Antonio Piccirillo have been recognized among Latin America’s Top 100 lawyers by Latinvex. The award recognizes leading attorneys from international law firms practicing law in Latin America. 

David represents underwriters, issuers and credit enhancers on international debt, securitization, equity and equity-related offerings, arrangers and borrowers on international loan facilities and infrastructure finance projects, and debtors and creditors on balance sheet management and debt restructuring transactions. In addition, he represents international investors in their Latin American transactions and Brazilian investors in their transactions abroad.

Antonio’s practice focuses principally on transactional and finance matters in Latin America. He has extensive experience in bank finance, securities law and corporate governance (including Sarbanes-Oxley compliance), capital markets, project finance, debt restructurings (including tender offers, consent solicitations and exchange offers), securitizations and mergers & acquisitions.
