As part of Law.com International’s Rising Stars: The UK Legal Industry's Best Up-And-Coming Women, 2024 list, Lucie is among the top 25 women aged under 40 tipped to spearhead the next generation of leading lawyers.

Lucie has extensive experience in advising both fund sponsors and asset managers on all aspects of fund formation and ongoing fund maintenance. This work spans a range of asset classes and fund generations and encompasses both first-time funds and subsequent generations of funds.

Lucie has played an integral role in advancing Proskauer’s position as a global leader in traditional and GP-led secondaries transactions and continuation fund formations. She has advised on the structuring and execution of complex GP-led transactions and has advised some of the most active buy-side players in the space, including Blackstone Strategic Partners and Schroders Capital.

Lucie has been intricately involved in structuring and navigating some of the most complex and innovative transactions in the industry over several years for household name clients in the asset management industry. Lucie is also co-chair of the firm’s global Proskauer Women’s Alliance, looking at ways to advance equity within the firm and her team, as well as regularly hosting events for women in the asset management industry.
