Sandra has established herself as a recognized leader in banking and finance over the course of her career. Her practice includes acquisitions, recapitalizations and other leveraged financings as well as cash flow and asset-based financings, debtor-in-possession and exit financings, cross-border financings, unitranche and mezzanine financings and restructurings. Her extensive experience spans industries from retail and technology to agriculture and services, and her proficiency in navigating complex international frameworks has been crucial in deals involving multiple jurisdictions. In 2024 alone, Sandra closed over $5.6 billion in transactions for first- and second-lien senior lenders, mezzanine investors and equity sponsors across the country.
Beyond her legal practice, Sandra is deeply committed to fostering talent within the Firm and broader community. She recently served on the Firm’s Executive Committee and throughout her career has been passionate about mentoring the next generation of lawyers.
