Colleen is an experienced advocate and pro bono leader. She serves as a valued mentor within the Firm, including on its Colleagues Track program, which helps newly promoted partners navigate the transition from associate to partner. Mentees describe Colleen’s guidance as invaluable and impactful for their careers, including teachings that have helped them overcome challenges, through strategic and business-savvy insight.

Colleen also serves as a current officer, board member and past President of Counsel for Justice (CFJ), the pro bono arm of the Los Angeles County Bar Association. A veteran of the U.S. Navy herself, Colleen is involved as a mentor in Proskauer’s partnership with American Corporate Partners, the nation’s leading veteran mentoring program for service members transitioning to corporate careers.

A member of the Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Group, Colleen’s practice focuses on tax planning, securities laws and corporate governance for employee benefits and executive compensation matters. She works with many of America’s biggest companies and high-level executives, as well as innovative startups advising on executive compensation programs and structuring and negotiating employment agreements and executive compensation packages.
