Stephanie Annunziata is an associate in the Corporate Department and a member of the Private Funds Group. She earned her J.D. from the Columbia Law School and her B.A. in Political Science and Economics from the University of Rhode Island.

Stephanie counsels asset managers throughout the lifecycle of their funds, which includes assisting with the formation of private investment funds, internal governance and regulatory compliance, co-investment funds and managed accounts, facilitating the funds’ investments in portfolio companies, as well as fund ownership and operational matters.

Her fundraising experience spans a wide variety of strategies such as equity, buyout, venture and growth capital, emerging market, private credit and special situations.
