Proskauer

Rachel Kleiner is Proskauer’s Legal Recruiting Officer. She develops and implements strategies to support the firm’s goal of recruiting and retaining top legal talent.  Working closely with Firm leadership, practice management and relevant committees, Rachel oversees the hiring of summer associates, entry-level associates, lateral associates, and judicial clerks. She also leads the execution of the firmwide summer associate program.

Rachel is a member of the National Association for Law Placement (NALP) and the New York City Recruitment Association (NYCRA). She served as Vice-Chair and Chair of the NYCRA Board from 2016-2018. Previously, Rachel was in the legal recruiting department of another AmLaw 100 firm and served as a practicing lawyer in Washington D.C.
