Pierre Tardivo is a Private Credit counsel and member of the Global Finance practice and Private Capital Team.
Pierre acts as an adviser in acquisition finance (leverage and corporate), representing financial institutions - senior banks, debt funds and mezzanine lenders, as well as sponsors and borrowers, as well as an adviser in restructurings of LBO (leverage buy out) debt.
