Patrick Dundas is a partner and a member of Proskauer’s Private Funds Group. Patrick focuses on knowledge management and innovation for the private fund practices (including fund formation and private fund regulation). He has 15+ years of experience implementing value-add solutions for clients in the asset management space.
Prior to joining Proskauer, Patrick was a partner at Akin, where he led the Investment Management practice’s market intelligence and legal practice infrastructure initiative.
Patrick began his career advising private funds and investment advisers on structuring, formation, and ongoing operational needs. He has also provided guidance on general securities laws matters, as well as regulatory and compliance issues.
