Nicole is an associate in the Litigation Department and a member of the Intellectual Property group, with an emphasis on copyright and trademark matters. Her copyright practice is particularly focused on music, and she has represented major record labels in music licensing disputes.

Prior to joining Proskauer, Nicole earned a B.S. in Biology from Haverford College and a J.D. from Columbia Law School. While at Columbia, Nicole interned and was a teaching assistant at Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts, helping to provide pro bono legal services to local artists and arts organizations. She was also a member of the Environmental Law Clinic.
Nicole currently serves on Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts’ Associate Board.
