Nicholas Urban is an associate in the Corporate Department and a member of the Sports Law Group. He advises sports leagues and teams on a variety of transactional matters, including ownership transfers, league-wide credit facilities, league expansions and governance.
Nicholas earned his J.D. from Harvard Law School, where he served as president of the Committee on Sports and Entertainment Law. While at Harvard, Nicholas worked as a legal intern at BSE Global, parent company of the National Basketball Association’s Brooklyn Nets and the Barclays Center.
