Proskauer

Michael is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate Department. He focuses his practice in the areas of commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures and finance.

Michael represents commercial real estate lenders, sellers and purchasers of commercial properties, and investors and developer partners in joint venture acquisition and financing transactions, including in the hospitality and senior living sectors. He has significant experience drafting and negotiating commercial loan documentation, purchase and sale agreements and joint venture agreements, as well as managing and conducting due diligence analysis (with a special emphasis on title and survey) and reviewing leasing and loan documentation.

Prior to joining Proskauer as an associate, Michael was a paralegal in the Real Estate Department for two years between college and law school.
