Lori Harrison is Trademark Counsel in the Litigation Department and a member of the False Advertising & Trademark Group. A skilled and experienced trademark attorney, she advises clients on trademark availability and adoption as well as management and enforcement of domestic and international trademark portfolios. Lori represents clients before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office’s Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and has successfully filed claims against cybersquatters to transfer domain names to clients. She also counsels clients on intellectual property issues related to secured transactions, acquisitions and litigations, and has helped clients expand their trademark portfolio into numerous countries, successfully addressing infringements, oppositions and descriptiveness refusals.

Throughout her career, Lori has served as the primary trademark contact for multiple clients in a wide variety of industries, including entertainment, talent, sports, fashion, publishing, healthcare, food and beverage, consumer products, software, online services, finance and real estate.

Prior to joining Proskauer, Lori was a trademark attorney with two national law firms as well as an attorney with Sony Corporation of America, where she provided primary legal counsel to various business units and affiliates, focusing on commercial contracts, intellectual property, software and technology licenses, business development and customer/vendor disputes.
