Kathryn Potter is an associate in the Corporate Department and a member of the Private Credit Group.

Kathryn represents private credit providers, including private debt funds, asset managers, BDCs, sovereign wealth funds and other investors in connection with complex financing transactions. She has experience in unitranche, first and second lien, unsecured mezzanine, split collateral, and other deal structures in connection with acquisition financings, leveraged buyouts, refinancings, dividend recapitalizations, cross-border financings, restructurings, forbearances, and debtor-in-possession financings, across a wide range of industries.

Prior to joining Proskauer, Kathryn was a senior associate at a national accounting firm.
