Joshua Spector is an associate in the Corporate Department and a member of the Private Equity Transactions and Mergers and Acquisitions Groups.

Joshua earned his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School where he was awarded the Silverman-Rodin Scholarship and was a senior editor of the University of Pennsylvania Law Review. While at Penn Law, Joshua served as a legal intern for the U.S. House Foreign Affairs Committee, a judicial intern for the Hon. James J. Fitzgerald, III of the Pennsylvania Superior Court, and assisted local startups at the Penn Law Entrepreneurial Legal Clinic. In addition, he earned a certificate in finance and management from The Wharton School in 2017.
